Add the rewards actually awarded to your account, subtract pending or expired amounts, and measure collected value without counting the same credit twice.
Thrill’s instant, weekly, monthly and milestone awards belong on separate ledger lines.
Use one settled period. Enter each newly awarded reward once; a Vault or calendar transfer is part of the original award.
Enter the reward credits from your account history.
For a locked deposit bonus, enter only the portion actually released as a new cash award. Bonus balances requiring further wagering are not cash collected. Deposits, returned stakes and normal game winnings are not rewards. This measures the past period; it is not a forecast.
Need a published-formula estimate instead? →| Entry | New award | Pending | Expired | Collected |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Base reward A | $40 | $10 | $0 | $30 |
| Weekly reward B | $30 | $0 | $5 | $25 |
| Monthly reward C | $30 | $10 | $0 | $20 |
| Total entered in the calculator | $100 | $20 | $5 | $75 |
On $10,000 of qualifying turnover, the collected share is $75 ÷ $10,000 = 0.75%. The $100 award total is a different measure. If another $10 later moves from pending into the wallet, collected cash becomes $85 while new awards remain $100.
In the optional award-detail rows, record A, B and C as new awards. Record a release from B as a transfer under the same award reference. The duplicate check catches repeated new-award references; it does not treat a correctly labelled transfer as a second award.
Vault transfers and reload funding move earlier credits. Reconcile the originating award before adding another line.
Use dated Bits buckets or the base-reward calendar to distinguish an unclaimed amount from one that has expired.
BC.Game’s locked reward enters only as released cash. Keep credits with unfinished wagering out of a cash-collected total.
The collected percentage measures reward income against turnover. It does not include ordinary game winnings or losses, deposits or withdrawals, and is not the account’s profit margin.
Two operators with the same rakeback percentage can produce different usable value when one adds weekly cash and the other delays half the reward. The ledger separates awarded, delayed and collected amounts.
Enter each separately awarded bonus from your account ledger; do not add a guessed VIP percentage.
Enter each new award once: base rakeback, separate daily, weekly and monthly credits, plus other genuinely separate rewards. Use the same settled period for every field.
A transfer from a calendar or Vault is a release of an earlier award, not a second reward. Include the original award once, then subtract any portion still pending or expired.
Use the amounts credited in your reward history. The result is the cash collected from your actual awards, divided by the eligible wagering you enter; no guessed VIP rate is needed.
Include only the portion already released as cash. The unreleased deposit-bonus balance is not a new cash reward and must not be counted as collected money.
It is the collected reward amount as a share of entered turnover. It measures that past period, not casino profitability, future rewards or the outcome of your next bet.
Pending and expired amounts are parts of the awards entered above them. Their combined total cannot exceed those awards. Check that every field covers the same period and that an award was not entered twice.
