01 / REPORTA useful report identifies the exact claim.
Send the page URL, disputed text or data field, primary-source URL, retrieval date and a short explanation of the conflict. For account-only terms, provide a redacted capture that shows the surrounding heading and condition.
We do not treat a marketing assertion, anonymous message or affiliate request as sufficient evidence on its own.
02 / VERIFYWe reproduce the conflict before changing the page.
The review checks the canonical operator domain, product name, region, date, calculation base and whether the document controls the claim. A promotion card may not override general terms; an archived page may explain history without proving the current rate.
Arithmetic corrections are rerun independently. Ranking effects are recalculated from the same published methodology rather than adjusted manually to preserve a preferred position.
03 / CLASSIFYNot every update is the same kind of correction.
Typographical and formatting errors can be corrected without a visible change entry when meaning is unaffected. Material factual changes—rate, denominator, wagering, cap, eligibility, claim timing or evidence state—belong in the page history.
If current evidence cannot be retrieved, the claim may be downgraded to restricted, unavailable or superseded rather than silently deleted.
04 / PUBLISHMaterial changes carry a new modified date.
The affected page, rate database and dependent rankings should be updated together. Structured data and the sitemap should use the same modified date so readers and crawlers see one consistent version.
A correction does not guarantee that a search engine immediately recrawls the page. The public change trail is the controlling record inside this project.
05 / CHALLENGEOperators may respond, but cannot purchase an outcome.
An operator may submit a newer controlling document or explain a regional condition. We will update a claim when the evidence supports it and retain uncertainty when it does not.
Commercial relationships do not exempt a partner from the correction process or convert an unpublished field into a favourable assumption.
