What does the 3% slot factor tell me without my personal multiplier?
For $1,000 of qualifying bets, it gives a factor-adjusted base of $30 before the personal percentage. If that personal rate were 10%, the result would be $3; at a hypothetical 20%, $6. Those rates illustrate the missing input and are not a claim about a specific account.
Can loyalty points and rakeback points go in the same total?
Keep them apart. Loyalty points move the VIP level, while rakeback points use the game factor and personal rate. A separate TXT claim has its own mechanic again. Only an actual cash redemption belongs in the collected-cash field.
