Important: this reconstructs net loss from cash flow. Operators may use different time zones, qualifying deposits, excluded games or internal balance definitions. Replace every preset with the terms shown in your own reward panel.

THE CORRECT DENOMINATOR

A 10% cashback rate does not mean 10% of deposits or bets.

Lossback normally begins with a defined net-loss figure. That definition may subtract withdrawals and remaining balance, isolate one wallet, exclude bonus funds or reset on an operator-specific schedule.

The calculator makes each input editable because the live terms—not a generic formula—control the result.

CASHBACK CALCULATOR FAQ

What the model includes—and what it cannot know.

01How is casino net loss calculated?

This tool reconstructs net loss as opening balance plus deposits, minus withdrawals and closing balance. An operator may use a different time zone, wallet scope or qualifying-deposit rule.

02Why not use total wagering?

Cashback and lossback are normally based on a realised loss, while rakeback is often based on turnover or theoretical house edge. Mixing those denominators creates a misleading result.

03What does wagering do to cashback value?

A wagering requirement creates more play before withdrawal. The tool estimates its theoretical cost using the house edge you enter, but actual outcomes can vary widely.

04Does the calculator include cashback caps?

Yes. Enter a numeric cap when one applies. Non-cash caps such as a percentage of lifetime value remain visible as notes and cannot be reduced to a dollar amount without more data.

05Why does an operator preset show no fixed rate?

Our current source may describe rewards without publishing a stable lossback percentage. The tool leaves that field at zero instead of inventing a rate.

06Is modelled cash value guaranteed?

No. It is a theoretical value after the entered wagering cost, not a prediction of game results, eligibility, withdrawals or account decisions.
